blackfish is a software development company that specializes in web development and applications. run by thomas brattli, a norwegian expat with 16 years web experience from all over the world and luis yoroslav, a local mcp (microsoft certified professional) with years of experience in the local market we have the perfect combination to do work locally as well as off-shore. we are located in the north of argentina (salta) and though we do local work around 60% of our clients are abroad. being in argentina enables us to tap into a market of resources which is a lot less saturated than in europe and the states. and of course it enables us to be competitive price-wise because of favourable exchange rates. all of our staff have university degrees and 2 of our senior developers are mcp’s (microsoft certified professionals). being a microsoft partner we use almost exclusively microsoft technologies and we always thrive to use the newest and most effective technologies in our projects.
