blacksmith training is dedicated to bringing you the knowledge of health and fitness that i have gained through over 17 years of personal training, bodybuilding, martial arts and working in the healthcare field. during these years i have worked with some of the best strength coaches, natural bodybuilders, and mixed martial artist on the planet, i have competed in bodybuilding shows, trained professional athletes, and worked side by side with doctors and nurses and gained a knowledge base and understanding of what can change the body, and bring about the best the body has to offer! i want you to unlock your potential! i plan to give that knowledge to you through videos that can help beginners become more functional, healthy, and fit and also athletes to become more explosive, powerful and conditioned. no matter how good we are there is always a higher level! challenge yourself let me help you!
