our vision is to become the standard of diagnostics and care in gait rehabilitation, particularly for patients with parkinson's disease and movement disorders. our device, the gait keeper™, is a modularly built connected medical device comprised of a high-tech sock hardware device with an integrated sensors system and a software analytics platform. the analytics component outputs clinically relevant and actionable metrics regarding muscle activation patterns, kinematic, and kinetic data in the context of the gait cycle. potential use cases include in-clinic use, telemedicine, and at-home patient monitoring. we have a proof of concept device completed and are actively searching for parkinson's and movement disorder specialists to work with us on design iterations, validation testing, and clinical trials to ensure we further develop the gait keeper™ around a sufficient market need.
