everything falls into place when you really know your client. let me explain…. one day, while waiting to play a softball game at the local park, one of my teammates parents came up to say hello. before leaving she asked me if i knew what team we would be playing. i had to admit, i didn't know, which led to her giving me a look i will never forget. it was a look of surprise mixed with distaste. kind of like the look my wife gets from our kids when she cooks something new for dinner! a few minutes later, i was told by one of my team mates that we were actually playing one of the teams i was watching play while waiting. that's when i realized, if i would have known beforehand, i could have prepared a lot better for our game. i could have paid more attention to, who on their team was the weakest link that i could hit the ball to while at bat to have a better chance of getting on base. who was their best batter and what side of the field they liked to hit the ball to? all of this info
