blair associates is the consulting firm of tom and suzanne blair. with over 40 years of experience in consulting as an architect, project manager, builder and educator, tom provides support to clients in various capacities such as the owners representative, team leader for project and program delivery, design management, training package design, lecturing and research. as an architect and builder, the majority of his projects have been design/build, however having the building experience also works well to support builders and trades in completing projects by translating the design intent into means and methods as well as understanding their needs beyond design. suzanne is an interior designer and artist with a wide range of experiences and talents including space planning, interior architectural design, furniture and lighting design, installation management, colour selections, and project management. suzanne is also a recognised educator in both secondary and tertiary sectors. fr
