the story of blanco nino began with the frustration of the founder being unable to find real corn tortillas in europe. it follows a journey through the farms, mills and tortilla factories of mexico to learn the process, history and cultural importance behind the art of making tortillas. this emboldened our founder to launch what was and until recently, ireland’s most successful ever crowd funding campaign. following this blanco nino assembled a great management, launched their tortilleria and is now supplying corn tortillas across ireland, the uk, germany, luxembourg, finland, the netherlands, spain and france. as a group of individuals, the blanco nino team are obsessed with the rich and wonderful food culture of mexico. based in beautiful clonmel in ireland, we’re producing authentic gluten free corn tortillas and tortilla chips. rapidly expanding into new markets and sectors, the blanco nino team are always seeking talented individuals and partners to join them. achievements: winner
