blaue reiter design is a design agency located in troy, ny with a mission to deliver small business clientele with unforgettable branding and marketing. blaue was born as the brainchild of local designer and serial entrepreneur, lisa decker. with more than a decade of professional design experience in new york city and the capital region as a starting co-founder of the boley group, lisa heads every project for quality assurance within all facets of blaue reiter's project development. when lisa is not working with clients directly, she is developing her two additional businesses; an atm service providing company called boley works and a private practice in psychotherapy. ​ our team is professional and dependable but also energized and relatable. strategies for our success include the traditional foundational principles of art and design combined with modern design thinking strategies, psychology, and intuitive direction. with that being said, we do not take ourselves too seriously. w
