becoming a mom is a life-changing event. with so many variables to work through it can be very stressful. i work with expectant and new moms who want to feel confident and empowered but experience overwhelm and self-doubt. i support my clients by providing space and support for them to overcome self-doubt, quiet their fears and access their inner wisdom. in addition to my private practice i partner with companies to coach their expectant moms. in this capacity there is an emphasis around planning their leave and return so that it is as seamless as possible. companies that invest in assisting new moms around this transition typically see an increase in retention. i completed my training through the coaches institute (cti), the most rigorous coaching program in the us. i love pairing my coaching skills with my personal experience to help moms make this transition easier.
