a small 2-person real estate investment company, orginally based out of the greater philadelphia area, now managed from the washington dc metro area. we specialize in the restoration and rehabbing of solid, older properties in neighborhoods which are being revitalized. we focus on doing quality work, over trying to acheive the latest trends. our aim is to find properties which can be cash positive as a rental, and yet should build equity through growing neightborhoods. we help this along by participating in the communities we invest in.
