Bloom Wa

bloom is a youth-led non-profit founded in 2013 to encourage young western australians to pursue entrepreneurship and innovation. one of bloom’s core services is to provide incubators for young wa entrepreneurs. their first incubator, bloomlab @ st cat’s, operates as uwa’s startup hub. bloom is supported by universities, private enterprise and philanthropic individuals. providing physical infrastructure: bloomlab @ st cat’s was launched in february 2015 with support from st catherine’s college, a residential college at uwa. it provides young entrepreneurs with a place to work and, in doing so, also facilitates collaboration, bolsters motivation and provides concentrated support services. the bloomlab @ st cat’s has desk space to support thirty entrepreneurs at any one time, and two meeting rooms that provide a quiet place to discuss in small groups. establishing support networks: bloom has a growing network of more than thirty experienced entrepreneurs, investors and consultants who as
