people are a projects most valuable assets. there is a growing tech-talent gap that means many promising web3 projects will fail to build the teams they need to execute their visions. there is a large number of well funded projects chasing a small talent pool. meanwhile the risk for developers and artists to make the leap into web3 can be too high risk. the problem we have seen in web3, are projects burning through funding by compensating developers for this risk, then running out of runway. development stalls, the community move on, and the project goes to zero. web2 risk of failure is high, and web3 risk of failure is higher still. but the upside if we get this right is biblical. the team behind bloqwork have a strength in talent acquisition and project management from developing software for over 9 years. our role is to build teams using global talent pools and negotiating equitable contracts. we have an extensive network for exactly this and will be hard to replicate in-house.
