blu wellbeing was founded by isabelle houle with the purpose of making it simple to self-care by receiving your massage service in your safe space, your home. the founder, isabelle houle, she has always been drawn to bodywork, traditional remedies, holistic modalities and spiritual healing. inspired by her mother, she attended her first reiki course at sixteen and completed the rest of the levels to become a reiki master within that same year. at the age of seventeen she fell in love with the practice of yoga. she loved all that it had to offer: the mind, body, and soul connection. she became a trained yoga instructor (rmt) with the intention to empower and anchor people back within their body. naturally what followed was her becoming a registered massage therapist and an arvigo® practitioner (an ancient mayan abdominal healing technique®). the extensive demand of her services is what birthed blu wellbeing.
