blu2green is a company that is firmly grounded in the belief of the triple bottom line (3bl), people, planet, profit. we recycle a material called blue wrap, which is used to cover medical utensils to keep them sterile prior to surgery. this material makes up a large amount of plastics produced from the healthcare industry (20% or waste and 5% overall hospital waste), and before now has mostly been thrown away with the msw. blu2green is dedicated to helping people with disabilities find gainful employment and becoming part of the community through recycling and repurposing blue wrap. we believe that we must help raise all boats as according to the economy by providing jobs for people who have challenges finding employment. blu2green llc believes in the idea of the circular economics - due to the overwhelming mass production of plastics in the world today our natural planet is suffering. there needs to be an attempt to shift the economy to one that uses what has already been created and
