as a multi-business owner i believe i offer value to your business with my experience, knowledge and practical resources. the founding of blue collar represents not just my time in private business, but also my 14 years in the public sector (12 years police, 2 years nhs) where i practised critical decision making, often in stressful and hostile environments; team management and delegation; communication, negotiation and bargaining; and ultimately the taking and owning of responsibility. in both the private and public sector i've experienced mistakes and learnt from my own. starting and running a business is always a daunting prospect and making mistakes is one of an owner's biggest fears. we'll navigate this together. blue collar was created for: start-ups (those looking to start or just started a business) micro businesses (those looking to move out of home or take a part time gig full time) small businesses (established businesses wanting to expand, improve or plan for exit)
