blue collar talent scouts is a consulting firm focused on recruiting, retention and employee relations within the skilled trades space. we work hard to match skilled tradespeople, managers and support staff with small to medium sized contractors who need additional staff. we also see the responsibility of all involved in the trades to promote the opportunities the trades afford. active in texas with tech & vocational schools, we work to educate students about careers in the trades and alternatives to college.
