our blue healers principal, oliver de nicolai has 15 years of operational and non-operational experience in the western australia police force. following his work at police, he then worked for law enforcement tech and it research companies in analyst, product, sales and training roles, gathering experience with and supporting c-level clients. after hearing that there were former police officers suffering from trauma and feeling isolated, oliver investigated further, and started a social support page, bringing these former officers together virtually as well as at social events and observing the positive impact it had on these individuals. it was then he decided to study mental health counselling and create blue healers counselling.
