our philosophy is a simple one, we want every client to be armed with all the available information to enable them to make an informed decision. only where a client fully understands the nature of any solution and any potential risks will we recommend implementation of the solution on their behalf. transparency is therefore key in the manner in which we operate. every client will have available to them every item of information that we ourselves have. charges are clearly described, potential risks are highlighted and quantified and the duties of the client and the provider are set out. the tax system in the uk is immensely complex the legislation covers several thousands of pages and changes constantly. the interpretation of legislation is also developing on a daily basis as the courts rule on the application of specific rules in different cases. this scenario creates both problems and opportunities. the ever increasing complexity makes it increasingly difficult for advisor’s to pr
