blue marble assembles a preliminary design for a cems and submits a proposal to the client outlining a monitoring methodology, recommended equipment, and a cost. in most cases, this is for a “turn-key” installation, consisting of design, construction/integration of components into a working system, the system installation at the client’s facility, and final certification testing to verify proper function of the installed system. blue marble also provides multiple cems support services including scheduled site visits to perform maintenance, as well as emergency service to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems, and compliance emissions testing. audits are typically performed on a calendar quarter basis, and consist of either challenging the installed cems with certified gas cylinders or setting up a temporary, portable cems, from which the results can be compared to the installed unit. reporting services are also provided, which consists of reviewing data for quality and summari
