blue oak appraisals provides accurate residential real estate appraisal services throughout the greater sacramento area. we are members of the placer county board of realtors, the nevada county board of realtors, and the sutter/yuba board of realtors. this gives us access to multiple listing services (mls) for our service area and for most of northern california. blue oak appraisals has experience with bank owned properties (reos), fha standards, relocations (erc), lending, litigation support, estate planning, and review appraisals. we also have experience with land, rentals, manufactured homes, high end custom homes, new construction, new subdivisions, and small multi-unit properties.
