Blue Pathfinder

blue pathfinder, part of red snapper learning, helps former and current police officers and staff, including those thinking of leaving or who are due to leave the service, to create a new future for themselves. no matter how long a person has served their community in the police, either as a police office, community support or staff, when its time to move on, by choice or otherwise, it can be a major life event and one that requires support. at blue pathfinder, we provide information and support services to help people to successfully create their new future, learning from the experience of those that have been there and done it before them. we like to think of ourselves as a community, helping continuing to help each other even after our police time is up.
