blue resources ltd is an international consultancy providing assistance to governments, international development agencies and private sector organisations, helping them to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to the current challenges of ocean use and management. the company’s founder and managing director, dr julian roberts, has over 20 years of experience working on a broad range of marine issues including: international and national ocean governance; developing ocean policies and strategies, particularly in small island states; marine spatial planning and management; managing the impacts of dredging and disposal of waste at sea; regulation of ship sourced pollution and vessel routeing; and, managing the impacts of offshore petroleum activities.
