blue sea philanthropy (bsp), operates as a federally registered public foundation and helps charities build buzz, momentum and their bottom line. we create, manage and promote fun and inspiring national fund-raising events like the "ride for refuge" and "coldest night of the year". bsp-approved charities use these events to fund their programs through our innovative partner grant program with payouts up to 80%. in the past 3 years we've helped raised more than $6,000,000 for 225 registered charities in our two signature events: the bikes of autumn the ride for refuge is a family-friendly bicycling fundraiser that supports 175 remarkable churches and charities who serve the displaced, vulnerable, and exploited. started in 2004 as a small local fundraiser with 25 cyclists raising money for refugees, the ride has grown to a multi-site event in cities across the us and canada. each year, thousands of riders fundraise in support of charities they support who in turn support refugees, orphan
