Blue Shirt Wednesday

our vision is simple; to support the mental health of men in the workplace. we believe there is a stigma associated with mental health issues within men and the stats support this. too many guys are having a rough time and they simply don't need to. in many cases, they don't even know they're having a bad run until someone points it out. we want to contribute to reducing the stigma associated with mental health issues within men. 'toughen up' just doesn't cut it any more. our mission our mission is to help create an environment in which people can talk more openly about mental health issues within men. where guys can say they're having a rough time without having someone laugh at them. we want to contribute to a work environment where being blue ain't bad. to achieve this, we kicked off blue shirt wednesday. through this we think can get more guys (and girls) talking about mental health issues within men. we're passionate about this and we hope you are too. blue shirt wednesday isn't a
