the blue fin swim school is a family run business, which had it’s genesis more than thirty years ago with the owner and founder michelle laidlaw. michelle has created a swim program that caters from all ages of learning; beginning at six months, and continuing through the learning pathway into a squad system that provides training for swimmers of all levels, from the competitive school swimmer up to open nationals. the blue fin philosophy is focused on technical excellence, ensuring that strong foundations are formed from a young age. blue fin has many success stories, with numerous swimmers in our squad program starting at blue fin from as young as six months old.
