blue point associates is an insurance appraisal and building consultant company. we mostly work on appraisals for policyholders and carriers and large loss insurance claims as well. we also preform expert roof damage and condition analysis inspections and reports as well as warranty inspections and reports. we are capable of handling both residential and commercial claims. we are located in the greater philadelphia area. we mostly work on claims and appraisals in eastern pennsylvania, new jersey, delaware, and maryland. however, we have traveled father for large loss claims; handling large fires, hurricane/wind and hail claims etc. in south carolina, north carolina, virginia, west virginia, massachusetts, new york, western pennsylvania, ohio, indiana, and illinois.
