a hub for carefully selected property related businesses to share best practice, refer work and create collaborations to further boost their profile in the sector. the blue raptor group was set up in 2019 by derek delaney, a painter and decorator by trade. as his interest in property increased, he wanted to learn about all aspects of the industry and started building a network of experts. blue raptor is a hub of quality suppliers and while it is open to new members, they must be passionate about property and driven to succeed and help others. derek says “the main thing in all of this is to create a brand that defines excellence, it doesn’t matter where you live, if you fall under the blue raptor name it means you should be top notch.”
