i am a licensed independent mental health practitioner, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, and provisionally certified disordered gambling counselor. i have worked as a mental health and substance abuse counselor for the past 5 years. i have worked in a variety of settings including: residential care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care serving adults who struggle with both mental health and substance abuse. i am part of a blended family that includes my husband, step daughter, son and daughter. as a family we enjoy camping, fostering kittens, and learning survival skills such as starting a fire without matches or starting fluid. personally, my hobbies include collecting rock and roll albums from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, sewing and gardening. i am passionate about the work i do and i am honored when invited to help guide, support, and share in your journey. i believe that my enthusiasm for my work contributes enormously to the progress that my clients make. i am a therapist t
