personal traning in bodyshock has a special twist - ems (electro-muscular stimulation). my name is jure and i am a certified personal trainer (association of fitness professionals europe certificate). i acquired my licence in the summer of 2017, while i was still a professional basketball player. in the fall of that year i decided to pursue my new found passion and i started my own business. . . workouts are specially configured to the exact needs of every single customer, in order to offer the best possible results. a single workout lasts only 20 minutes because the added intensity due to electrical impulses, but is as effective as two or three regular weight trainings. . . fun workouts, an enjoyable atmosphere and hard work keep people coming back, getting closer to reaching their personal goals every single time. this is what i am striving for and i am learning something new every single day.
