company owner and managing member, max tarbox, has worked as a bankruptcy attorney in the west texas area for approximately 3 decades. during that time, mr. tarbox has represented many businesses who survived primarily by factoring their receivables so that they could pay their current debts. buffet factoring, llc was formed to benefit our niche market: small businesses. if a purchase is approved, buffet factoring, llc will initially advance 80% of a client’s accounts receivable and then pay the client up to 15% more, depending on the time it takes to collect.
