人才加速器 是由台科大的校友 wade lin ，以及世新校友 boky chen，共同發起的人才培訓計畫。 希望透過這個計畫，培養學員們的商業思維、底層邏輯，並同時執行落地專案，加速養成新世代職場人才所需的核心思維。 在學生時期他們受許多前輩提攜，因此希望運用自己擁有的能力與資源，回饋給更多的學弟妹，人才加速器就此誕生。 我們最終的目標，就是要培養台灣下個 20 年的人才，在各產業的關鍵人物，擁有決策權的菁英與頭腦。 唯有我們這群人有能力、有資源（位居要職）、有相同價值觀（信任度高與交易成本低）的夥伴共同串聯，才能推動一個產業翻轉，改變台灣，改變世界。
