we provide a safe space for managers to grow, gain knowledge, get encouragement and feel motivated through our professional mentoring program. we use coaching methods with mentoring to help professionals within the work place become better versions of themselves. our mission is to transform managers into strong confident leaders. we are filling in the gaps by providing weekly sessions where managers are able to focus on a different topic, dive into the detail, share experiences, give examples and to discuss current difficult issues that they may be facing. we are their sounding board as we believe a day course on leadership / management is not enough. managers need to be coached into being leaders and given the climate that we are in today employers do not have the time to deliver this, we provide this for you so you are able to focus on the running of the business mentoring courses are for 16 weeks, get in touch for more information.
