buildcheck have been providing engineering consultancy and project management services for nearly 30 years across victoria, new south wales & queensland. due to the varying complexity of works required and the nature of regulatory enforcement, our experience is often required to assist in the management of capital works in buildings within body corporate property. not only is significant knowledge of the building code of australia, national construction code and australia standards required, but also an in depth understanding of the variances between state based strata legislation. buildcheck is managed by terry o'donoghue, a registered structural engineer and fire engineer. he leads a group of architects, engineers, builders and building surveyors. this provides peace of mind that buildcheck are covered by the appropriate qualifications, insurances and experience to deal with any concern a building may be facing. our team approach of collaborating with both internal and external expe
