at building bridges counselling services we strive to provide a one-stop-shop for families and individual members. we benefit family units by serving individuals, couples and families. we strive to support clients in managing issues that impact personal and relational well-being. our counsellors have a range of counselling experiences, which inform their therapeutic approaches. building bridges counselling offers family, individual, couples, and group counselling. our counsellors take a team approach to counselling, providing different perspectives and backgrounds to all clients. our counsellors meet clients where they are at, and ensure they remain the experts of their own experiences. we operate on a sliding scale. we also offer free, thirty minute coffee and chats, to provide clients the opportunity to get to know our counsellors and approach before making a commitment.
