the building dispute tribunal (bdtsa) is an independent entity which offers assistance and resource in the following instances: • unhappy clients that wishes to declare and resolve disputes against their builders, contractors, architects and/or service providers; • appointed builders, contractors, architects or service providers that experience any disputes with their clients as a result of contractual obligations between the parties. the aim of bdtsa is to accommodate and facilitate solutions with regards to any small building work, mainly home renovations with a monetary value of less than r 2 000 000.00 our objective is to resolve building-, renovation and construction disputes without the need of costly formal litigation. we maintain a large panel of qualified and professional mediators to offer fast, effective and fair solutions to your building disputes.
