building inspector services was founded in 2011, but we have been doing commercial property inspections and energy audits for over 25 years. we are not a bunch of home inspectors trying to branch out into the commercial market. we have always concentrated on the commercial market. while there may be similarities between residential and commercial buildings, there are so many unique differences, you really need someone experienced in commercial properties working for you. we are based in northern california, but we do inspections and audits across the country. we have done a wide range of buildings: central telephone switch centers, work garages, datacenters, offices, remote mountain top radio sites and more for at&t; manufacturing and design centers for general motors; wineries in the napa valley; hoteling datacenters for digital realty trust across the nation, retail rental outlets for penske truck leasing; hospice, clinics and kaiser hospitals; government facilities for the us navy
