build is an interdisciplinary design studio. build is a verb which is the acronym that unites the purpose to engage active participation from all stakeholders to think about urban environments and bring innovative design thinking in the process of constructive land development. we are concerned, dedicated and involved with issues that surround economic determinants in our community. build is a collaborative urban planning, sustainable design & strategic partnership company. pedro ayala began his career in graphic, furniture, building and campus design. he is a hands-on designer in the fields of art, photography, graphic design, branding, way finding, identity, furniture, interiors, building, urban planning and business as well as owner developed design and construction projects. build was formed out of the need to emphasize the implementation of cost effective and innovative building and land development solutions. we bring professional design expertise, a passion for innovation, creat
