bulbb exists to help individuals, teams and organisations unlock their hidden potential. we do this by creating meaningful dialogues in playful facilitated workshops and meetings – using lego® serious play® and other playful techniques – that stimulate creativity, breakthrough thinking and psychological safety. we work across strategy, team development, innovation, service design and change – whether in standalone workshops or as part of a wider initiative within your organisation. we also run hands-on leadership sessions at conferences and seminars that rapidly give delegates the opportunity to play with ideas and have deep conversations that go beyond the usual networking.
