who are we? the bulgarian export insurance agency (baez) is established in 1998 and its sole shareholder is the republic of bulgaria, represented by the minister of economy and energy. baez offers insurance of receivables from export and domestic (in bulgaria) transactions. the risks covered are as follows: • commercial risks (abroad and in bulgaria): - insolvency of your partner; - delay of payments. • political risks, related with the country of the export destination – war, strikes, embargo, moratorium on the payments, confiscation and nationalization, changes in the legislation etc. what do you get? - precise and update information about your partners (incl. financial); - assessment of their financial status, information about their payment behaviour; - recommended credit limit for future deliveries about every specific partner of yours; - in case of occurrence of the above-mentioned risks - payment of the amounts due in the form of an insurance indemnification; - collaboration in
