the bulgarian libertarian society is the only organization in bulgaria which defends the ideas ot individual liberty, a person's right to life, property-rights that people have naturally, and the non-aggression principle. the society had its origins as a union of several libertarian youth clubs in sofia, plovdiv, varna, gabrovo, blagoevgrad. the first of which started its operation in the spring of 2012 with a series of events in sofia. the organization and all local clubs are members of the international network of students for liberty.
