simone samuel, a native from the caribbean. i moved to houston by way of brooklyn new york where i grew up. in brooklyn new york, i obtained my degree in hospitality management and received my culinary degree from the international culinary center (formerly known as the french culinary institute). as a child, i enjoyed watching and helping my mother cook, with her guidance i started to make pickled mango, tamarind balls, and fudge to sell at school during lunch. living in houston it was hard to get quality pepper sauce i was used to eating, i started to make my own at home. one day my daughter inspired me to share my flavors with others. i have launched my pepper sauce company in houston, tx to share the heat and flavors that i have made for my family. the love for food and being an entrepreneur is in my dna. enjoy the heat!
