Bumps Mobile Audiovisual Production

"bumps" was born of a love for the live music experience. when i moved to isla vista (iv), the densely-populated student enclave adjacent to the ucsb campus, i found myself surrounded with musicians and music-lovers alike, but there were few music venues. seeing an opportunity, i decided to build a live audio and lighting setup that was mobile, yet aurally and visually impressive - something that could transform any house, yard, or open space into an amazing music venue for a few hours. in the summer of 2017, i began meticulously planning out my set-up. i set my budget and invested in the gear. i worked to master the technical aspects of my new equipment - practicing the set-up/breakdown process so i could be as efficient as possible on gig-days. i had some prior live sound/lighting experience which i used as a launching point to dive deeper into more technical knowledge around live production via platforms like adj mydmx3.0, serato, and logic. later that year, while playing a few g
