we are a consumer advocacy for the mid-west! we specialize in helping people who are getting letters or called by creditors and/or debt collectors. we offer justice on a contingency basis to ensure that the customer knows and understands their rights. we then acquire pre-trial settlements from the collection agency for breaking the laws they are mandated to follow. we walk our clients through the process of taking good notes, call logs and what to say and what not to say on the phone to the debt collector. we know with 25+ years experience that collection agencies collect debt illegally. with the law on our side, we get justice for our clients. we are not attorney's though we have attorneys retained for the pre-trial demand letters, also we are not a government agency. we do however get results.
