burggraaf & partners is specialised in hygienic design for food, feed, pharma and personal care, both equipment design and production processes. we give courses and advice. all according to: machine directive - food equipment ehedg guidelines en-1672:2 en-iso 14159 nsf/3-a iso 14159 courses range from 4 hr training in hygienic processing or maintenance for technicians to 3 to 4 day in-depth training in hygienic design principles, using videos, 3d cases and practical examples, for construction and quality engineers. all trainings can be held in-house. our activities: - advice about equipment design, redesign or second opinion - complete factory design - assessment of compliance or supervise testing - trouble shooting in case of contamination - expert advice in conflict situations.
