burnalong (www.burnalong.com) is a health it video platform focusing on fitness and wellness. we use a combination of personal relationships (bridging online and offline experiences), local choice, and machine learning to drive engagement, delivering results for individuals, companies, and healthcare plans and systems. take classes online from hundreds of gyms, studios, and wellness professionals from across the country alone, or live with friends you invite in private sessions. --- “so we will be able to keep running with ours kids as they grow up — and one day our grandkids.” that’s our “why.” that’s why we knew burnalong had to exist. heart attacks, obesity, diabetes, stress, insomnia… our family and friend circles are unfortunately filled with people who didn’t live life, or enjoy life, as long as they ought to – but for whom exercise and different wellness classes would have made a difference. the cdc says 150 minutes a week (or just 20 minutes) a day makes the big difference. but
