burobg (“bjuurobaegae") is a concept development bureau based in amsterdam and rotterdam, the netherlands. it functions as an action driven research platform that practices learning by doing. the bureau is founded by lisa thissen & sue van geijn and organises exhibitions, workshops, showcase events, parties and also makes the occasional independent publication. throughout the years, burobg started to function as a network for all those that were involved. burobg trusts that by putting together multidisciplinary projects, stronger connections can be made. by letting artists and designers work side by side, the bureau hopes to provide new insights, inspiration and skills. “our goal is to make an enormous amount of common ground, where people of all sorts meet, communicate and create truthful personal projects.” we are always up for collaborational ideas, suggestions or just a nice chat. please feel free to contact us. www.buro-bg.com
