Busines Mentorship Program

the aim of this program is to empower young entrepreneurs in georgia by offering a 1-yearlong professional and personal development program. the program recruited 12 young professionals, aged 18-35 yrs, as mentees, who would like to start or expand their own business. in order to boost business skills of young entrepreneurs and help them increase their networks. the program will provide individual mentorship, as well as educational and financial support. the program is implemented by the innovation support fund, with the support of the us embassy in tbilisi. young entrepreneurs will be matched with the professional mentors based on the field of work and personal interests. mentors are mid to high level managers of successful businesses in georgia, who are eager to help a younger friend improve business skills, extend professional networks and further develop their business ideas. mentors are expected to have monthly meetings with the mentees, whether in the form of a job shadowing, i
