the business & education partnership of waterloo region (bep) is an innovative charitable organization that provides experiential career exploration programs for youth. we lead the way in connecting students, educators and employers to promote student success and community prosperity. we bridge the gap between school and work through a variety of programs for youth to help explore careers, gain meaningful professional connections and learning valuable job skills. our programs promote youth success, community prosperity, and provide youth with the spark needed to ignite better career choices! our programs include speakers bureau, zoom careers days, challenge day, apps4learning, and pitch days.
