business for all (bfa) is a multi level business training course, that was originally designed for microfinance clients, though has evolved to include a more advanced understanding of business, which can be compared to tertiary level. throughout the course, language is kept as practical as possible, though bearing in mind the intended audience and content of the appropriate level. trainees should always use their own business experiences, or relate to their own current businesses when giving their answers. the answers in the exercises will help in completion of a business plan – thus a very practical output of the training!
