at business made simpler i offer jargon-free coaching and workshops to help small business owners grow their business and run it better. i am based in kingston-upon-thames, and working throughout surrey and london (and worldwide via skype). i established my coaching business, now called business made simpler, in 2013 after spending many years in the pensions industry, leading business units and managing large teams, followed by re-training as a coach. in my corporate life i was particularly known for two things: 1) cutting through complex issues and bringing clarity 2) developing the people in my team to fulfil their potential in my coaching, and my workshops, i apply these skills to help my clients achieve success, as defined in their terms. i am practical, down-to-earth and no-nonsense, but also supportive, caring and attuned to each client’s needs and priorities.
