Business Negotiation Club (Bnc)

who we are and what we do: the weekly business negotiation club of afa is a learning by doing project which provides an opportunity for young people to become better negotiators through practical exercises, role-play and feedback. we passionately believe that few skills are more crucial in life than the ability to negotiate your desired outcome. we are proud of the work we do, and wouldn’t be successful without an awesome team of dedicated people. in pairs and larger groups we negotiate two- and multi-party cases. topics range from job interviews to salary negotiations, real estate sales, and conflict management, based on cases by expert centers such as the university of harvard. each session of the club starts with a negotiation. the participants' task is to achieve the best possible outcome. afterwards, when we compare the results, we will give each other feedback and analyze which strategies proved to be most successful. irrespective of the business negotiation club being a projec
